With full access to the common areas, conference rooms, and the multitude of Eaton House amenities and benefits, you’ll have everything you need to bring your ambitions to fruition.
Conference Rooms
Eaton House members have access to conference rooms that fit up to eight people, complete with 65” TVs, Polycom phones, and white boards to connect and collaborate with others no matter where they are.
Common Areas
Eaton House’s common areas create abundant opportunities for creative collision, cross pollination, and collaboration. Our cozy common areas located on each floor allow the curious to connect with one another to discuss the day’s events or speculate on tomorrow’s ideas.
Dedicated Desks
For solo creators and entrepreneurs who want a consistent place to plug in and get to work, we offer dedicated desks with secured cabinets to leave your belongings.
Membership at Eaton House doesn’t start and end with just a keycard and the Wi-Fi password. Beyond its diverse community, members have full access to curated events, conference rooms, and kitchenettes.

Eaton House Day Passes & Conference Room Rentals
Eaton House is dedicated to being an incubator for radical voices in the DC community. We are now offering day passes, as well as half-day and full-day conference room rentals. Conference rooms include a boardroom table for up to 8 and a 65" flat screen TV with easy-to-use ClickShare screen sharing capabilities.
Drop-in Day Pass
Full Day: $40 / 8 hours
Conference Rooms
Half Day: $200 / 4 hours
Full Day: $400 / 8 hours
All drop-in passes include WiFi, coffee, printing, and full access to the spacious common areas of House. In order to ensure we are meeting cleaning standards, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice for all booking requests. Drop-in reservations are available Monday through Friday.
